Harpreet Ghumman is an organizational development architect, diversity and inclusion strategist, and Professional Certified Coach from ICF & a Speaker. As the Head of Learning & Organization Development at Raymond Limited, She enables the organization to fulfil its vision by building capabilities and inclusive organization culture. Her experience of over 20 years spans leading transformation across domains, reengineering learning and organizational development systems and readying internal start-ups & established organization for the future.
She has worked with Leading Global & Indian brands across different life stages- pre launch to well established brands to an organization going insolvent. Having spent her foundation years in a service industry has her obsessed with delivering the best – in – class customer experience in everything she does. Her expertise lies in Diversity & Inclusion, enabling transformation, fostering workplace cultures that create future ready organizations and Leveraging technology to enhance learning experience & effectiveness.
A big champion for diversity initiatives, Led Project Shakti that empowered 300 women through a journey of self-exploration, developing an understanding of Shakti (Energy-Masculine/Feminine) within, offering them new paths towards personal & professional development & a fulfilling direction through cooperative systematic exploration, which translated into a more engaged workforce. ). She is currently undertaking a research on Women’s Leadership to create leadership models that are inclusive of women.
She has spoken at diverse seminars and conclaves including those organized by Harvard Business Review, Development Dimensions International (DDI), and Economic Times (ET), Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM).
