Having spent her foundation years in a service industry has her obsessed with delivering the best – in – class customer experience in everything she does. A big champion for diversity initiatives, Led Project Shakti that empowered 300 women through a journey of self-exploration, developing an understanding of Shakti (Energy-Masculine/Feminine) within, offering them new paths towards personal & professional development & a fulfilling direction through cooperative systematic exploration, which translated into a more engaged workforce. ). She is currently undertaking a research on Women’s Leadership to create leadership models that are inclusive of women.
