Prateep is an entrepreneur and business executive, who has lived in 3 continents, and has worked in retail, technology, consumer, banking and healthcare across.

He is the most passionate about Tribeca Care, which is currently one of India’s largest Elder Care and Home Care company. He believes that the Senior/Elder industry has big problems that need impassioned and zealous innovators. The big problems, like loneliness in seniors and the lack of dependable and affordable care, can be solved only by engaging all stakeholders in the community with best in class technology and processes – relentlessly.

He has co-founded Curafoot (www.curafoot.in) which uses technology, AI, clinical science to solve for the lack of podiatrist in India. Curafoot products are sold in Bata stores around the country.

Prateep has 25+ years senior management experience in global majors across USA, UK & India – especially in managing large teams across geographies. He has moved across industries and geographies, which give him very strong general management skills and the ability to lead young teams in an evolving landscape.

He is an avid reader, a slapdash cook and loves meeting new people. His ideal day would be spent in doing all of these, including petting his cat. This, he says is every day of his current life, especially on the days he gets his omelette just perfect.
