Nobantu is a sought facilitator for Leadership Development Programs and coaches internationally, she has experience in varied sectors.

Nobantu hails from South Africa and is among the first Africans to be accredited at MCC by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is one of the inaugural international coaches for Ethical Coach. During the design of the Ethical Coach Summit she was one of the main programme designers. She co-presented the Ubuntu approach for the summit, when she facilitated a gratitude practice at the end of the summit in Addis Ababa, half the auditorium that had 400 people were in tears. In January 2019 and February 2020 Nobantu did a coach demonstration on UBUNTU coaching at WBECS. Nobantu is also an international speaker and a  Director of Just In Time Solutions.
