About
Stephen has been in the African entrepreneur ecosystem for 30 years.
His company, ENN Africa, designs and
implements supplier development program
tools for government, NGOs and companies
looking to expand the capacity and ability of
small and micro businesses.
Stephen is also in the media space, having established a radio show for
entrepreneurs, which partner with Channel Africa to provide multi-lingual,
energetic and insightful content across Africa and the Diaspora. The show is
available across podcasts, live-streaming, satellite and shortwave radio.
He is also a judge and mentor on the Africa’s Young Entrepreneur TV Reality
Show, now in its 5th year. Mentoring is close to his heart and he has
mentored for the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, Black
Umbrellas and other organisations.
Stephen has consulted on projects that are active in most countries in Africa.
He has founded entrepreneur training schools, incubators and accelerators,
mainly in under-served communities. He has served on several advisory
panels for entrepreneur development.
He is the South African Ambassador to the World Union of SMEs, past
Director: Strategic Alliances at the International Coaching Federation, South
Africa Chapter, as well as the past National Director: South Africa for The
ManKind Project International and international ManKind Project Council
member.
