Privilege often pushes you to a blind spot that makes the obvious often stay hidden. But just looking around and spotting opportunities can spark change. This change can be driven leveraging communities and can surely uplift scenarios that are skewed for certain part of our society. This is a  session on understanding the lives of our community and migrant workers- what was done during the pandemic to help and what can be done in the future.

Sunil is SVP and India Head at Enquero, a software and services company HQ in the US. As India Head, he built the organization from 0 to 500 people in 4 years and set up beautiful offices in Bangalore and Hyderabad. He has nurtured an open, inclusive culture where the brightest technology minds thrive working on innovative digital technologies. As head of Enquero’s Digital engineering BU, he builds innovative technology solutions to accelerate digital transformation of enterprise customers.

Prior to leading Enquero India, Sunil worked with Infosys for 18 years handling various leadership responsibilities. Sunil earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from UVCE, Bangalore. Sunil loves to spend time with his family and educate friends and colleagues on personal financial planning. He is an avid reader and well versed about current affairs and history.

With over 22 years in the Information Technology industry, Sunil has vast experience in IT consulting, building large teams, organization development, strategy realization, and community collaboration.
