23 years of experience in grooming executives, youth and women Intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship across India. Played multiple roles of repute in Godrej &Tata group over the years.
Subject matter expert in corporate social responsibility and Performance systems for social enterprises teaching as visiting faculty at reputed management institutes including TISS & NMIMS.
Presently serving Tata Chemicals Society for Rural Development (TCSRD) as National Head of its initiative called Kasturi. Kasturi initiative working towards psycho-social empowerment of Women Agri entrepreneurs across the country through specialized coaching and capacity building of community trainers.
