VUCA was a term that we all used in plenty before the pandemic hit us. With the Pandemic, we are living every moment of VUCA in every form. People are concerned about their health, about their jobs still being kept, about managing home and work with minimal boundaries and increased stress of working virtually.

The panel discussion will include conversation around some of these questions: What are some of the issues that your employees are facing right now, especially in the business like yours (specific industry related) How do you describe your organization culture before the pandemic hit, in terms of the readiness to face a VUCA situation? experience across various sectors & industries. 

Armed with over 2 decades of experience under her wing, Sujatha has been responsible for partnering

with businesses to address strategic needs, ensuring Functional capability building and nurturing

teams while driving high degree of functional proficiencies, employee Productivity and Performance

deliveries. In the past, Sujatha has been instrumental in aligning business units with Group HR Strategy

at ABC and articulating road maps for Organization Development, Talent Assessment, Succession

Planning and Policy formulations. Sujatha also has extensive experience in the domain of Talent

Management and Employee Engagement and continues to drive several strategic initiatives in this

space.
