VUCA was a term that we all used in plenty before the pandemic hit us. With the Pandemic, we are living every moment of VUCA in every form. People are concerned about their health, about their jobs still being kept, about managing home and work with minimal boundaries and increased stress of working virtually.

The panel discussion will include conversation around some of these questions: What are some of the issues that your employees are facing right now, especially in the business like yours (specific industry related) How do you describe your organization culture before the pandemic hit, in terms of the readiness to face a VUCA situation? What are some of the initiatives you have implemented during these times to address some of the fears and challenges of your employees? Has there been any programs you have initiated as part of the social responsibility?

Ms Sunitha Karthikeyan – Head HR at Quess Workforce Management

Sunitha Karthikeyan, an experienced HR practitioner of 19 years, is the Global HR head for Quess Workforce Management business. In this role, she leads all Human Resources functions of Quess Workforce Management and reports directly to the CEO.

Sunitha is responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement, and Talent Development initiatives across Quess Workforce Management group. She has contributed significantly to improving the HR processes and introduced many new initiatives. She joined Quess Corp in January 2017.
