Topic: CHROs define ” The New Normal”

VUCA was a term that we all used in plenty before the pandemic hit us. With the Pandemic, we are living every moment of VUCA in every form. People are concerned about their health, about their jobs still being kept, about managing home and work with minimal boundaries and increased stress of working virtually.
The panel discussion will include conversation around some of these questions: What are some of the issues that your employees are facing right now, especially in the business like yours (specific industry related) How do you describe your organization culture before the pandemic hit, in terms of the readiness to face a VUCA situation? What are some of the initiatives you have implemented during these times to address some of the fears and challenges of your employees? Has there been any programs you have initiated as part of the social responsibility?

Heather is one of those rare breeds of HR leaders who brings a deep understanding of the business to her work. Having spent a decade in marketing and client servicing roles with global agencies and networks, she moved into HR in 2005, driven by a desire to work more closely with people and teams, to deeply influence business and individual success and growth. She has been the Head of HR for 3 media companies, and is now heading HR for the Mullenlowe Lintas Group across India. She is a trained ICF Executive Coach, and currently studying for CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HR (just for fun!).
