Zarko Palankov founded LeadIN to democratize leadership development and transform how mission-driven organizations work by cultivating participatory, strengths-based leadership practices. He strives to connect people and ideas and to shift our narrative and perspective on leadership – it’s not about who’s leading and how, but about how we can all lead, individually and together, at different times and different places, driven by our unique values and strengths.
In addition to growing LeadIN, he is a founding member of Communities Reinvented, an award-winning Center of Excellence for communities of practice and collaboration inside the World Bank Group, serving 350+ knowledge communities across the entire institution.
Zarko works at the intersection of leadership, learning and community. He brings more than 10 years of expertise in leadership and organizational development, learning design and facilitation, and community building and engagement.
